8-37 months, 15 days if Premium Processing

If you are already in the U.S.

Once approved, adjust status with Form I-485 (16-50 months) ($1,440)

If you are applying from outside the U.S.

Attend consular processing in the U.S. Embassy or consulate with Form DS-260 ($325)
